Heart of Glass

This month we've been super inspired by glass - especially the awesome modernist pieces from the mid 20th century.

After a visit to our friends' architectural home we couldn't help but notice the amazing hanging light sculpture made from cut crystal decanters. This brilliant installation was simple yet stunning, a great example of a humble material effortlessly pulling out the glamour card. We've filled the gallery with some of the best mid-century international art glass we could get our hands on. From the lavish Italian style to the subtle serenity of Scandinavian glassware we have managed to cover all the bases. Take a look through our lookbook for some of our favourite examples and interior inspirations. Or visit our Art Object / Art Glass Section for the current store listings. We have pieces available from Chalet Flygsfors Murano Per Lutken for Holmegaard Bengt Edenfalk Borocrystal AVEM Glassworks
