Description

During the 1950's a locally inspired form of modernism emerged in New Zealand - Pan Pacific modernism. At the forefront of this new direction in interior design was John Crichton. Crichton's work was prolific during the 1950s and 60s. He worked with local craftspeople to produce designs to his specification using locally sourced materials.

These turned Kauri candlesticks feature bold graphic silhouettes in perfect proportions. They are an elegant offering from local design hero John Crichton and will bring a touch of Scandinavian style to your favourite space. The previous owner purchased these from the John Crichton studio on Kitchener St, Auckland.

Price is for pair.
