Description

Robin Day is one of the most significant British designers of the 20th century. Since winning first prize in the Storage Section of the International Competition for Low-Cost Furniture Design (organised by MoMA in 1948), Day has built a legacy of innovation and forward-focused design.

This stunning linear sideboard designed for high-end furniture producer Hille demonstrates thoughtful restraint and an innate understanding of the emerging need for flexible storage solutions. A stark mahogany cabinet with sliding doors provides plenty of storage and also houses a bank of four drawers.

This is a rare offering that will stand out in any modern interior.
