Figural American Table Lamp
This memorable lamp demonstrates the imaginative designs of mid-century America.
1950's American table lamps like these are universally loved for their adventurous shapes and sculptural elements. This abstract figural table lamp was made in Brooklyn, New York by high end lighting producer F.A.I.P. which stands for Fine Art in Plaster. The progressive lighting company created a number of designs from a hard plaster like substance called chalkware. These designs have become highly coveted today.
