Danish furniture maker Omann Jun Møbelfabrik was founded by Andreas Omann in 1933. The family owned company is responsible for crafting some of the most coveted Scandinavian furniture of the mid 20th century and continues this legacy today.
From the 1950s to 70s the company produced many of its now iconic designs, elegant highly refined timber furniture with sharp detailing and high level construction. The stunning 'Model 6' sideboard is a minimalist, decidedly organic offering raised high on slender tapered legs. The design showcases the premium, offset rosewood doors and considered craftsmanship with a slim recess around the doors as an elegant, concealed handle.
Each piece is checked and carefully hand restored at our Kingsland studio workshop. Our focus is preserving the character and patina of the design while ensuring it displays beautifully in a contemporary interior.
