Iconic Val Rossi 'Dunvegan' Sideboard by McIntosh
The 'Dunvegan' sideboard by Val Rossi for Scottish furniture maker McIntosh is one of the iconic mid-century furniture designs from the United Kingdom. It's was hugely successful, in production for around 20 years, and influential in popularising the modern aesthetic.
It's easy to see why this design was so admired. Well proportioned and light on its feet with beautifully sculpted handles and plenty of storage. Each McIntosh design is named after a location in Scotland, Dunvegan is a village on the Isle of Skye. This is a beautiful and functional sideboard that will turn heads.
Each piece is checked and carefully hand restored at our Kingsland studio workshop. Our focus is preserving the character and patina of the design while ensuring it displays beautifully in a contemporary interior.
