Mid-Century Danish Flip Top Card / Dining Table for Selig
This elegant piece is defined by its organic form, subtle detailing and rich teak timber. Tapered pin style legs elevate a unique, richly grained table top which can be reversed for use as a games surface. The compact size makes this beautiful table perfect where space is a premium.
High end furniture maker and importer Selig selected this design for release in the American market. Selig offered Danish designs from the leading designers of the day. The most prominent designer they showcased was Ib Kofod Larsen and this rare reversible table is quite likely one of his designs.
Each piece is checked and carefully hand restored at our Kingsland studio workshop. Our focus is preserving the character and patina of the design while ensuring it displays beautifully in a contemporary interior.
