Parker Furniture was a top of the range offering throughout the 1960s. The advertising catch phrase of the day proudly proclaimed that the designs are 'for people who make living an art'. With Tony Parker interpreting the finest Scandinavian designs for an Australasian audience it was a statement that quickly rang true.
This piece is defined by its elegant linear form and beautiful teak timber. Tapered legs elevate richly grained teak drawers with memorable smiling handles. Every detail has been considered and refined making it perfect for modern living. Superb.
Each piece is checked and carefully hand restored at our Kingsland studio workshop. Our focus is preserving the character and patina of the design while ensuring it displays beautifully in a contemporary interior.
