Striking Enzo Berti (Attr) Trestle Table / Desk by Lapalma
Enzo Berti is one of Italy's most gifted contemporary designers. He has collaborated with numerous leading furniture and interior design companies and won some of the most respected international awards. Highlights include the coveted Compasso da€™oro in 2014, for which he has been nominated several times, and the IBD Product Design Award (USA) in 1991.
This stunning Trestle Table is a statement in elegant simplicity, produced to the highest level by Italian company Lapalma. The design features a curvaceous, brushed stainless steel frame that elevates a simple linear table top in a a hard wearing laminate over plywood. Thoughtful simplicity and the ability to fold up and save space define this memorable offering.
This is an early offering from Lapalma, which retailed through high end New Zealand furniture store ECC. The design is long out of production and a very rare example of Enzo Berti's talented work.

Each piece is checked and carefully hand restored at our Kingsland studio workshop. Our focus is preserving the character and patina of the design while ensuring it displays beautifully in a contemporary interior.
