Description

This cute sideboard with it's compact proportions and vibrant blond timber is a celebration of linear design. With a stark utilitarian form, there isn't a curve in sight here. The crisp rectangular cabinet is softened only by the vibrant grain of the tawa timber. Outward splayed legs elevate the cabinet and give this sharp offering a jaunty lightness of form.

This sideboard is not labelled but references the work of Australian designer Douglas Snelling. The 'Snelling Line' defined cutting edge contemporary furniture in the early 1950s and was produced and retailed locally through progressive furniture store Jon Jansen.

It's the perfect piece to add warmth and character to your living area.
