Paolo Piva 'Alanda' Leather Sofas for B&B Italia
The 'Alanda' Leather Sofa by B&B Italia embodies everything luxe about Italian modernism.
The 'Alanda' sofa by celebrated Italian designer Paolo Piva was released in 1980 and has since become an icon of the decade. The design is part of the larger Alanda family which also included a coffee table defined by upturned pyramid-style metal legs. The Alanda coffee table featured prominently in the chic 80's minimalist apartment of investment banker / serial killer Patrick Bateman, in the movie American Psycho.
This deluxe leather sofa features an adjustable backrest and armrests for maximum comfort and lounging. A high quality steel frame and premium black leather showcase the high end construction that premium Italian furniture maker B&B Italia is synonymous with. This highly memorable sofa is a classic design that will make a statement in any space.
