Description

These stunning 'Karinga' armchairs by celebrated Australian designer Fred Lowen offer the perfect place to relax and unwind. The tall backs with headrest and beautifully sculpted mahogany frames are not only visually elegant but also very comfortable. The only problem is, once you sit down you won't want to get up.

Fred Lowen's furniture was produced under license here in New Zealand by the Broadhead Bros. The Broadhead Bros worked closely with Lowen to develop his designs to suit the New Zealand market. This included selecting premium locally available timbers and adjusting the designs slightly to suit local preferences.

These rare armchairs are a timeless design that will stand out in any contemporary setting.
