Deluxe 'Model EP401' Desk by Ejgil Petersen Møbelfabrik
The EP401 desk by Danish furniture maker Ejgil Petersen Møbelfabrik is defined by premium craftsmanship and an uncompromising dedication to minimalism. Inset aluminium detailing on the drawers and feet are a memorable addition to this otherwise stark and linear offering.
The design is generously scaled and features ample storage, elevated on sharp linear legs. The clean lines allow the highly grained rosewood to take centre stage as a decorative feature. This elegant design is as crisp and memorable as the day it was made, it's a stunning offering that will make a statement in any sophisticated interior.
Note: This model has historically been attributed to Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Møbelfabrik but information clarifying the designer can be found in the vintage Danish design magazine Mobilia (No. 159 - October 1968).
Each piece is checked and carefully hand restored at our Kingsland studio workshop. Our focus is preserving the character and patina of the design while ensuring it displays beautifully in a contemporary interior.
