Stunning Frank Reenskaug 'Model 182' Rocking Chair by Bramin
This sculptural Danish rocking chair is a coveted design object and a rare find.
Bramin crafted some of Denmark's most coveted furniture during the mid 20th Century, collaborating with a number of high profile designers. This sculptural 'Model 182' rocking chair designed by Frank Reenskaug is no exception.
Considered, sculptural design paired with a stunning teak grain define this elegant rocking chair.
Every inch of timber is tailored and tapered to create a masterpiece which impresses from all angles. The cross created on the side of the chair forms the focus of the design, supported by bold, organic shaped cushions and the series of smooth spindles at the back. This is some of the finest Danish mid century design and a perfect fit for any modern lounge space – don't take just our word for it, Frank Sinatra also had one of these beauties in his own home.
