The Tulip dining table with its elegant stem and fluid sculptural form has become an icon of modern design. This futuristic set was created by the much lauded architect Eero Saarinen in 1956 and to this day remains engaging, vibrant and highly sought after. The form defining pedestal base was designed to address Saarinen's belief that “the underside of typical tables and chairs makes a confusing, unrestful world”.

Saarinen understood the power of good design, merging user comfort and organic form seamlessly into a forward focused object of desire. This stunning dining table is no exception.
