Description

This iconic sideboard by British designer Victor Wilkins is a case study in long lines, balanced proportions, and just enough artistic flourish to create an object that is minimal yet very eye-catching. The most distinguishing features are the much-loved "smiling" handles, amazing build quality, and radiant teak exterior. It's a stunning piece that will add vibrancy to any contemporary interior.

The 1968 G-Plan catalogue enthuses "In the Fresco range Victor Wilkins introduces a new look to modern furniture: the sculptured look. A rounding of hard corners. A delicate curving of edges. A moulded feeling to handles. Fresco is modern sculpture to live with – very comfortably!"

NOTE: The items showcased in our gallery are constantly changing – not all items are on display at once. Please contact us if there is a specific piece you would like to view and we’ll make sure it’s in the gallery.
